Our pigs enjoy fresh air and sunshine year round. They have acres to roam and plenty of plants to graze on.

We are stewarding heritage breeds of pigs to preserve their genetic diversity and qualities that make them unique, including excellent foraging abilities.

Our vegetables are grow following National Organic Practices. We utilize cover crops and mulch to build soil health and increase the nutritional value of the produce.

We grow many heirloom varieties that are prized for their unique flavors and appearance.
